Alternative Press is having a survey asking who you want to see on the next AP Tour…um yes, in the US of A. Well, turns out, LOSTPROPHETS are on their VERY short list. So here is what we need from you:

1) Go to: http://altpress.com/surveys/108.htm

2) Fill out the form

3) Under “Who would you most want to see on the AP Tour? ” choose LOSTPROPHETS

4) Tell 5 friends and get them to do the same…including telling 5 more friends.

Lets show AP how we roll and get back on the road in America.

Vote for Lostprophets at Kerrang Awards!

Posted 9:36 pm, June 17, 2009 by cat

Now that the new album is done, its time to come out of our proverbial caves and into the public light. What better way to do that than at The K! Awards.

We ask YOU, our fans, to help us make a big splash and vote LOSTPROPHETS for “Best British Band”. To do so go to:

1) http://awards.kerrang.com/
2) Click on “Best British Band”
3) Enter “Lostprophets” not “Lost Prophets”
4) Wash, Rinse, and Repeat as much as needed.

Thank you all. A ton of new stuff coming your way….

L’Amour La Morgue Unable to Attend Camden Rocks

Posted 11:34 pm, June 4, 2009 by cat

L’Amour La Morgue is capable of quite a lot… making your music better, making your face meltier, generally blowing your mind… but the one thing LALM (or, Ian Watkins of Lostprophets) cannot do is be in two places at once. We’re working on it, but the science is not quite ready.

And so it is with serious, serious regret that Watkins must pull out of his scheduled appearance at the inaugural Camden Rocks Festival. “I’m gutted that I won’t be making it back for the show,” he said, “but the guys and I are putting the finishing touches on what we feel is the Lostprophets best record we’ve ever made, and I really need to be in Los Angeles to make sure every last bit is perfect.” That said, the opportunity to contribute to fundraising for the Teenage Cancer Trust should not be taken lightly, and L’Amour La Morgue headquarters urges everyone to head out and support the cause on Saturday.

Many thanks to the Trust and Kerrang! for their work and understanding in this matter, and let’s hope to reconvene and make up for it soon.
